Objective:

The primary goal of Flouci is to be the first player to correctly identify the secret number known only to the "Announcer."

Gameplay:

1. Setup: Each player receives a set of number cards (0-9) and a "joker" card. One player is designated as the Announcer, who randomly selects a secret number between 1 and 100.

2. Turn Sequence: Starting with the player to the left of the Announcer, players take turns playing cards. They can either play a number card or a joker card.

3. Number Cards: When a player plays a number card, they must state a range of numbers (e.g., "between 1 and 20") that they believe the secret number falls within. The Announcer responds with "higher" if the secret number is above the range, "lower" if it is below the range, or "correct" if the secret number is within the range.

4. Joker Cards: Joker cards can be used to change the range of numbers that a player is considering. When played, the player can announce a new range, or they can choose to reverse the current range (e.g., changing "between 1 and 20" to "between 20 and 1").

5. Deduction: As players play cards and receive feedback from the Announcer, they must carefully observe and deduce the secret number. They can use the information gathered to narrow down the possible ranges and eliminate unlikely numbers.

6. Winning: The first player to correctly guess the secret number wins the game.
