History

WESH 2 News and Weather was founded in 1954 as WDBO-TV. The station was originally owned by the Orlando Sentinel and was an affiliate of CBS. In 1986, WDBO-TV was sold to Hearst Television and became an affiliate of NBC. The station changed its call letters to WESH 2 in 1995.

Programming

WESH 2 News and Weather produces several local newscasts throughout the day, including morning, noon, evening, and late night newscasts.
