BS Value is a card game for 2-8 players aged 8 and up. The goal of the game is to be the first player to get rid of all of their cards.

The game is played with a deck of 52 cards. The cards are divided into four suits: clubs, diamonds, hearts, and spades. Each suit has 13 cards, numbered 2-10, plus a jack, queen, king, and ace.

To start the game, each player is dealt 7 cards. The remaining cards are placed in a pile in the center of the table.

The player to the left of the dealer goes first. On their turn, a player can play one card from their hand onto the discard pile. The card played must match the suit or number of the card on the top of the discard pile. If a player cannot play a card, they must draw a card from the draw pile.

If a player plays an ace, they can change the suit of the discard pile to any suit they want. If a player plays a 2, they can make the next player draw two cards. If a player plays a 7, they can reverse the order of play.

The game continues until one player gets rid of all of their cards. That player wins the game.

Variations

There are many variations of BS Value. Some common variations include:

* No peeking: In this variation, players are not allowed to look at their cards before they play them.

* Slapjack: In this variation, players can slap the discard pile if they think the card played is a lie. If the card is a lie, the player who played it must take all of the cards in the discard pile.

* Go fish: In this variation, players can ask other players for cards that they need to complete a set. If a player has the card that is asked for, they must give it to the player who asked.

Strategy

There are a few basic strategies that can help you win at BS Value:

* Pay attention to the cards that have been played. This will help you guess what cards other players are holding.

* Bluff wisely. If you don't have a card that matches the suit or number of the card on the top of the discard pile, you can try to bluff by playing a card that doesn't match. However, be careful not to bluff too often, or other players will catch on.

* Get rid of your high cards first. High cards are more difficult to get rid of, so it's best to get rid of them as soon as possible.

* Don't be afraid to draw cards. If you can't play a card, don't be afraid to draw a card from the draw pile. You might be able to get a card that you can play.
