Twiga, a strategic board game for 2-4 players, transports players to this unforgiving wilderness, where they assume the roles of majestic giraffes competing for the most valuable resources: leaves.

Gameplay:

Twiga is played on a hexagonal board representing the savanna. Each player controls a set of giraffe meeples, which they move strategically to secure the best feeding spots. The goal of the game is to accumulate the most leaves by the end of the game, which can be achieved by extending your giraffe's necks to reach higher levels of leaves on the acacia trees.

Mechanics:

The game revolves around two main mechanics: movement and feeding. Players take turns moving their giraffes around the board, using the unique "giraffe neck" mechanic. Giraffes can move in a straight line or bend their necks to reach over obstacles. The distance they can move depends on the length of their necks, which can be upgraded throughout the game.
