Detailed maniac R Star! "GTA6" may be the most immersive work in the series
R Star finally released the second official trailer for "GTA6". This new trailer shows many aspects of the game, and we finally have a glimpse of the amazing charm of this highly anticipated open world masterpiece.
First of all, Jason's name was finally confirmed, and secondly, his backstory and Lucia's backstory were also told in detail. The hero and heroine will embark on an adventure in this fictional Leonida, they encounter many other characters and go to many different locations, and the content of the game background world obviously goes beyond the sin city.
A lot of content remains to be revealed, such as the scale of the game's open world (there were previously rumored that the game's scale was "moderate" and would be expanded through updates after release), gunfights, driving and all kinds of things that can be done at Leonida.
The various screenshots released by the game's official website provide many clues, such as different types of weapons and vehicles, police driving hovercraft in wetlands to hunt players, rooftop basketball courts (which suggests that "playing basketball" may be an optional activity in the game), underwater exploration and possible poaching behaviors.
However, even though this is just a small sample compared to the full experience, I think "GTA6" may still be the most immersive game in the series so far, thank you. I will discuss it from several aspects below. After reading it, I believe you will agree with my point of view.
1.Environmental Design
First and most obvious point is environmental design. Leonida borrows a lot from Florida style, while Grand Theft Auto: Sin City is closer to Miami, with its modern version of the game full of hotels, restaurants, beaches and tall buildings.
You can see the Sahara Arena, which is obviously a tribute to the Cassia Center, but the area is also scattered with buildings such as the City of Weiss Art Center (its appearance may have been inspired by the Adrienne Arsht Center). Strolling along the street, you can see the overpass decorated with art deco on the pillars. The Leonida Islands are a clear blue archipelago full of luxury yachts and various NPC characters. Each NPC character is unique and has rich details.
Of course, even the more dilapidated places are worth paying attention to - pay attention to the changes in the water color in the Glass River and the numerous different types of vegetation (not to mention the large number of alligators). And when players head to Ambrosia, the atmosphere changes again. This place is far from the luxury place, and thick smoke continues to emerge from United Crystal Sugar Factory, but it is hard to say which industrial park it looks like in the real world.
