Benchmarking RTX6090! AMD's next-generation flagship graphics card RX10900XT parameters are exposed
According to the latest video of "Moore's Law is Dead", the AMD RDNA 5 GPU lineup will adjust its strategy: because the 9060XT 8GB version is criticized by players, the new series directly starts with 12GB video memory.
The next generation flagship RX 10900 XT adopts TSMC 3nm process, is equipped with 36GB GDDR7 video memory, 154 computing units, 384-bit wide, bandwidth 1.7TB/s, TDP 380W, benchmarking RTX6090 (rather than the current RTX5090). The series is expected to be released in 2026-2027 (more likely in 2027), and is the result of Sony's "Amethyst Project" cooperation (or affecting PS6 technology). However, 380W TDP may become a performance shortcoming (RTX 5090 reaches 600W), making it difficult to compete with RTX6090.
It is important to note that the above is the leaked information and the actual specifications may be adjusted. The potential models and positioning of the RDNA 5 series are as follows:
RX 10900 XT: 154 computing unit/36GB GDDR7/384 bit width → Target RTX 6090 RX 10700 XT: 64 computing unit/18GB GDDR7/192 bit width → Target RTX 5080-RTX 4090 RX 10070 GRE: 48 computing unit/16GB GDDR7/160 bit width → Target RX 9070-RTX 4080 SUPER RX 10060 XT: 44 computing unit/12GB GDDR7/128 bit width → Target RTX 5060 Ti-RTX 5070
