Recently, consumers in many overseas places have concentrated feedback on social platforms that the completed Switch 2 pre-order order was unilaterally cancelled by the platform, among which retail giant Walmart became the hardest hit area, causing widespread doubts about retailers' overselling behavior.

According to statistics from the player community, canceled orders generally show two major characteristics: first, the payment process mostly uses credit card installment or third-party payment tools; second, the order cancellation volume of Walmart platform is significantly higher than other channels.
