Sony's real-time service game "Fairgame$" test feedback is very bad
Blogger Colin Moriarty revealed in the latest issue of the Sacred Symbols blog show that Sony's first-party real-time service game "Fairgame$" performed poorly, saying that the early test feedback of the game was "very bad".
It is reported that the person participating in the test of this work claimed that "Fairgame$" is essentially a chicken-eating game that combines elements of "Fortnite", "The Entire Zone" and "PUBG". The current experience is very clumsy and takes a long time to polish.
Fairgame$ was originally unveiled at the Sony PlayStation showcase in May 2023. It is an online service game for PS5 and PC platforms, and was originally scheduled to be released this year. However, in February this year, game industry insider Jeff Grubb claimed that the game had been postponed to 2026.
After the failure of the "Star Ming Special Attack" project last year, Sony has closed down several real-time service game development. The remaining "Lost Starship: Marathon" and "Fairgame$" are not currently well received, but it is certain that players will not be able to experience the game "Fairgame$" in the short term.
