Today, Hideo Kojima announced on social media that the Japanese dubbing recording of "Death Stranding 2: Above the Beach" has been completed. Although he mentioned that some content still needs to be supplemented, this marks that the game development has entered its final sprint.
At present, "Death Stranding 2: Above the Beach" has been pre-ordered on the PS5 platform. The regular version is priced at $568HKD/69.99, the digital luxury version is 628HKD/79.99 (unlock the game 48 hours in advance), and the collector's version is 1800HKD/229.99 (with Magellan statues and other content).
Previously, when Hideo Kojima talked about casting Luca Marinelli earlier this month, he said that he believed the new actor's performance was expected to surpass the classic roles portrayed by Max Mikolson in the previous work. As for whether it can win the favor of players, it will take until the game is released before it can be seen.
"Death Stranding 2" will be launched on PS5 on June 26, and the game supports Simplified Chinese and PS5 Pro enhancements.
