"Ark: Survival Evolution" DLC has failed! Official apology and response measures are issued
Snail Games on July 16th, apologized for the "bad reviews" (the positive review rate is only 13%) of the 10th anniversary of "Ark: Survival Evolution" and introduced emergency response measures.
This DLC was developed by Snail and announced on March 19. It focuses on undersea scenes, including 21 new aquatic organisms and 74 drawings. However, after the release, due to a large number of bugs, the mod failed, the game crashed, the inability to log in, and even the "sudden death in the sea" occurred. This not only affected the DLC content, but also affected the ontology game. At the same time, the DLC itself has picture quality and performance problems, which was severely criticized by players.
As a remedy, Snail launched the old version branch of "preaquatica" on the Steam page. Players can roll back to the previous version of DLC release through the "beta" option of the Steam library (you can use it without purchasing DLC) to avoid the current problem. The company is currently continuing to repair and calls on players to provide feedback on information.
