Steam's hardware list in May is released: RTX 3060 graphics card is the most popular among players!

　　Steam released the latest data on the platform's hardware and software usage in May 2025. The report shows that NVIDIA graphics cards and Windows 11 operating systems still dominate PC gamers.

　　Graphics card market share:

　　NVIDIA continues to lead with an absolute advantage of 74.18%, among which GeForce RTX 3060 is the most popular model among players, with a market share of 4.56%. AMD and Intel followed closely with market shares of 17.62% and 7.85% respectively.

　　Operating system:

　　The market share of Windows 11 64-bit version reached 58.30%, an increase of 0.46% from the previous month. This shows that more and more users are beginning to turn to Windows 11, which may be related to the end of the Windows 10 support cycle.

　　Processor:

　　In the processor field, Intel continues to lead, accounting for 59.69% of the market share, while AMD holds 40.31% of the market share.

　　Virtual Reality Devices:

　　Oculus Quest 2 remains the leader in the market, with a share of 29.10%, although it has fallen by 0.74% from last month. Meta Quest 3 and Valve Index HMD ranked second and third with 22.66% and 15.56% shares, respectively.
