This game was developed by Fumi. The game is inspired by the classic shooting games "Doom" and "Duke Nukem". It combines the cartoon style of the 1930s with shooting games. In the game, players You will transform into a private humanoid mouse detective named Jack Pepper, explore the black city called "Rat Castle", and fight against various enemies.

The game adopts the black and white visual style of rubber tube animation, coupled with retro jazz, to create a unique game world for players.
