"Mi's Last 2RE" PC version is banned in more than 130 regions. Players: Don't you make money?
Sony's PlayStation exclusive games have been launched on the PC platform one after another. The PC version of "The Last of Us 2 Remake" will be released on April 4, but SteamDB data shows that the game cannot be purchased in more than 100 countries.
Although this ported version does not mandatory binding of PSN accounts, Sony has not explained the specific reasons for the restrictions in these regions. In response, the promoter @Pirat_Nation posted a comment: "Even if the PSN requirement is cancelled, Sony still blocks PC games on Steam in some areas, and Sony has not given any explanation yet."
Of course, this is not an isolated case. Previously, PlayStation transplant works such as "Lost Soul" also encountered large-scale regional bans.
"The Last of Us 2" was released on June 18, 2020. From a technical perspective, this work performed well. The new content provides more playability for hardcore fans, but the core experience is still the same as the original version.
