Inspired by Assassin's Creed! The stealth action game "Cat Assassin" was first revealed
On the first day of the 2025 Cologne Game Exhibition, the first trailer of the black-style stealth action game "Cat Assassin", jointly developed by Toronto Titan1 Studio and Dave Batista production company Dogbone Entertainment. Batista not only serves as the producer, but also performs in person for the protagonist's break.
This game with anthropomorphic cats is set in the neon-shining cyberpunk world. The trailer begins with Batista's monologue: "Everything in the world is divided into two categories: what you abandon and what you chase - and I belong to the latter." Then, a parkour action system inspired by Assassin's Creed is displayed, combining the tactical stealth elements of "Cell Division" with the smooth combat design of "Master".
The game uses a roguelite mechanism. After each death, the protagonist will go back to his youth, while the assassination target will be reincarnated and reborn, ensuring that each player's clearance journey is unique. The plot is written by Steven Lerner, screenwriter of "The Wandering", and incorporates black humor into the dark twisted city tone. The scene hides puns such as "whiskey and beard" and "Nine Life Insurance".
The specific release date of this game has not been announced yet, and it is expected to be logged on to PC, host and handheld console platforms. The official plan uses this to start a cross-media project that includes a variety of games and animation series.
