The official website of the live-action psychological horror movie "Return to Silent Hill" adapted from the well-known game "Silent Hill 2" has now been officially launched. According to the official website FAQ part, this film is based on the well-received game of the same name by Konami, and is positioned as an R-level psychological horror film. It has a length of 1 hour and 36 minutes and is expected to be released on January 23, 2026.
The plot of the film revolves around the protagonist James Sunderland: a mysterious letter summons him to return to Silent Hill to find his wife. Upon arrival, he found himself trapped in a town covered in thick fog, where nightmares roamed, and a horrifying truth awaited him.
