"The Witcher 3" Director: Leaving CDPR to create a unique RPG game

PC Gamer reporters went to Warsaw to visit developer Rebel Wolves and interviewed many core developers, including founder Konrad Tomaszkiewicz. Tomaszkiewicz is best known as the director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Leaving CD Projekt Before Red (CDPR), Tomaszkiewicz also served as co-director of "Cyberpunk 2077". The obvious question is why an accomplished director would choose to leave the company he had helped achieve so much success.

Indeed, Rebel Wolves seems to have a deep RPG pedigree, because Konrad's The new studio has gathered many former CD Projekt Red's developers include game design director Daniel Sadowski and creative director Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz, both of whom have worked on the acclaimed The Witcher series.
