"Destiny" was updated on August 12: The farmhouse scene is fully renovated!
The supernatural horror game "The Terror" will usher in a remake of the Grafton Farmhouse scene on August 12. This cooperative ghost-catching game, which has been launched in September 2020 and landed on the next-generation console in October 2024, has recently added a video recordable evidence function through the July 2025 update, warming up this large-scale scene update.
The remake of Grafton Farmhouse will present details such as "faulty circuits, collapsed ceilings and heavy gray", including creepy attics and tailor rooms. The renovation will continue the transformation concept of Blythedale Farmhouse and Point Hope Lighthouse, and improve the interactiveness of the scene while retaining the original horror atmosphere. The development team particularly emphasized that the optimization of environmental details will be more conducive to players identifying ghost types through clues.
In addition to the farmhouse update, the retro-style small map "Nell Restaurant" will also be launched in 2025, which is comparable to the existing house map, responding to players' feedback on the poor experience of large maps such as Brownstone High School. What is more worth looking forward to is that producer Daniel Knight revealed that in 2026, it will launch the "Horror 2.0" version update that will completely change the game experience, promising to comprehensively innovate the audio system, etc., and the game experience will be "like a brand new work".
As a popular live game on the Twitch platform for many years, "Doghophobia" maintains player activity through continuous content updates. This scene remake is not only an enhancement of the core gameplay, but also lays the foundation for future large-scale system upgrades.
