The "Xuanyuan Sword" IP has been acquired! "Xuanyuan Sword III" animated film is being produced

Today, Chengdu Xingyue Chenshi Culture Development Co., Ltd. announced the formal acquisition of the global permanent copyright of the classic IP "Xuanyuan Sword" series of games, and officially announced the production plan for the animation movie and animation drama "Xuanyuan Sword III: The Other End of Clouds and Mountains".

　It is reported that the animated film "Xuanyuan Sword III" will be directed by Lu Yang, the founder of Liberty Cool Whale (representative works "Embroidered Chunjian" and "Assassination of Novelists"). The script is created by screenwriter Yu Yang and is expected to be released globally at the end of 2027 or early 2028. At the same time, the animation drama will be directed by Abdul Qin, director of "Swords" with a development budget of more than 100 million yuan. It is planned to be launched on the mainstream video platform in 2026.
