Farm Story has been renamed "Autonomica"! A new work with quite a lot of gameplay elements!
The adventure simulation game produced by Crytivo was recently officially renamed "Autonomica", an open-world multiplayer cooperative survival game focusing on farm management, production line management and shooting elements.
Autonomica was first unveiled under the name of "Farm Folks" in 2021. It was developed by the Crytivo team established by producer Alex Koshelkov. Its art modeling is similar to "Fortnite", focusing on architectural elements and farm management gameplay.
After years of development, Autonomica entered the stage of full development in 2024, and it seems that more and more elements have been added. On the farm, there are automated production line construction planning and design similar to Satisfactory.
In addition, the farmer played by the player is not living in a happy and carefree utopia. There is a "phantom monster" that will appear at night in the game. Players must use their own weapons and mechas to repel these monsters and protect their farm.

In terms of multiplayer games, the official said that players can team up with friends to build and manage farms, or invite each other to each other's private farms, share unique creations, and collaborate on designing a huge super farm. In Ultimate PvP mode, players will travel to a dark future to engage in mecha battles with other players.
Although it seems to be quite complete, Autonomica is still some time away from being launched, because the development team plans to raise funds in April, and according to the plan, it will take as early as August to conduct closed testing, so it is still unknown whether it can be launched in 2025.
