Recently, some netizens dug out from their account "Taste Xibei" that they had previously posted a story about "Heart of Service", which attracted countless netizens to complain.

　　Xibei’s official account "Taste Xibei" once published an article titled "You are the first person I want to meet" (actually published in 2020 and was re-retrieved in September 2025). The article describes that an aunt from Hangzhou customer immediately asked her son to take her to Xibei Restaurant for dinner after being discharged from the hospital after experiencing a "severe coma", and she held the waiter's hand tightly and she cried and said, "I thought I wouldn't see you!"
