Civ style Turn-based 4x Game with tactical solo campaigns and fast multiplayer

Dominus is a campaign driven single and multiplayer turn-based strategy focused on world building and tactical battling with a couple of unique twists! It's built by a small indie team for fans of old school strategy game classics like Civilization, Total War, Heroes of Might and Magic and new age marvels like Polytopia. We love those games but wanted an experience where we could play with our friends at the same time, instead of spending hours waiting for someone to finish their turn. We designed a hybrid turn-based simultaneous turn (WEGO) mechanic that feels like a supremely fun (IMO) cross between TBS and RTS. Instead of just reacting (BORING), players need to predict what the enemy is going to do each turn, navigating around ambushes and traps while laying down their own!

We tried hexes, poly and blocks but decided to go with a trusty square to give you even more freedom of movement, 4x strategy, epic battle strategy in this battle of wits. Who even likes hexes anyway!
