"Schedule I" developers have confirmed that the next version will add graffiti function
After the independent game "Schedule 1" released the blockbuster "cartel" update on August 13, its single-player developer TVGS unstoppable announced the next new feature - the Street Graffiti System. Although the current update is only pushed through the Steam test branch, the game has brought players rich new content including hostile gangs of the Benqi family, ambush wars, drug hiding points, etc.
In the latest Twitter demo video released by developer Tyler, it can be seen that the characters can create dynamic graffiti on the city walls. This feature, originally planned to be released with the next test update, may be postponed to the next version due to the development complexity. Considering that the "Cartel" update has just been launched, players may have to wait several weeks to experience this new gameplay.
Although this 2025 phenomenon-level independent game was developed by a single player, it showed amazing potential. Tyler revealed that future plans include map extension, Steam Deck adaptation and host version porting. Although the specific login platform is not specified, the development log shows that the host adaptation work has been launched synchronously with Steam Deck optimization.
However, the development of "Schedule 1" has not been smooth sailing. Shortly after the game was released, publisher Movie Games S.A. accused him of plagiarizing the plot setting, gameplay mechanism and UI design of "Drug Trading Simulator".
