. During the test, the game also received widespread praise, and players praised the game for "the characters and weapons look really cool" and "PvP was happening in 30 minutes of gameplay".
Along with the public beta, "Ashes War" simultaneously launched a comrade assembly activity, calling on players to pre-create battle groups and build core combat units in advance. Players participating in the event can obtain points by inviting comrades, daily tasks, etc., and redeem prizes such as limited mounts for the entire server, Samsung folding mobile phone, Razer computer, and robot war dog. The top 50 teams with points in this event will also receive exposure resource support provided by Razer.
After the event started, more than 500 international top guilds, including the top North American teams Grey, Furia, and the Zero League of Asian Legend Guilds, announced their entry and recruitment of teams. These guilds are experienced in major MMOs, have strong teams and outstanding honors. Their advance layout has created a strong fighting atmosphere for global same-server competition on September 19, and also reflects the attractiveness of this game to hardcore PVP players.
All-weather dynamic battlefield, breaking the boundaries of MMO rules
"The War of Embers" completely breaks many restrictions of traditional MMOs, focusing on "all-weather free real-time confrontation", providing players with a truly no threshold and high degree of freedom all-weather dynamic PVP battlefield.
The game abandons the cumbersome main tasks and level restrictions in traditional MMOs. After creating a character, players can join the world melee after experiencing a brief familiarity, minimize complex leveling and running maps, and invest in any scale of battles within half an hour, truly realizing "once landing and fighting".
Fighting also reflects a high degree of freedom in terms of scale and occurrence mechanism. Various conflicts, including 1V1, team revenge, to large-scale team battles and even multi-party melee, may break out in the map at any time. Players can launch lightning raids at any time, or engage in large-scale territorial competitions that require patience. Through rendering technologies such as real-time texture of virtual terrain, "Ashes War" can achieve fierce battles of 200 people on the same screen and remain smooth and without lag, and operation details and tactical execution are fully guaranteed.
The no-profession setting and deep BD construction are another highlight of "The War of Embers". The game has cancelled the setting of the traditional profession system. Players can freely combine more than 40 special drifters and hundreds of weapons, tactical props and vehicles from 12 equipment series to create a unique combat genre. Whether it is manipulating giant beasts to rush into formation, setting ambush with terrain, or using vehicles to collaborate in breakthroughs, there are no fixed routines in the battlefield, and strategic depth and on-site operations have become the key to determining the outcome.
This series of designs not only greatly compresses the lengthy preparation process in traditional MMOs, but also reduces the impact of numerical crushing to a certain extent, emphasizing tactical coordination, reaction speed and strategy. As MMORPG.com, a well-known European and American gaming media, said: "Overall, Warborne's combat gameplay is dynamic and impactful. … In my opinion, this mix of accessibility in the systems discovery and interaction in its gameplay is a pay-off strategy. (In general, the combat gameplay of "Ageless War" is full of vitality and impactful... In my opinion, this combination of easy-to-use and interactive game is undoubtedly a fruitful strategy.)"
It can be seen that "Ember War" tries to break the boundaries of MMO's rules through gameplay innovation and build aA fairer and more unpredictable battlefield environment. As for whether it can truly carry the expectations of hardcore players for a large-scale and high-free PVP battlefield, it will be announced after the global public beta on September 19.
